I don`t want to do this but unfortunately in today's world I have to. In this guide I basically tell you ways to hurt/kill yourself. All of the activities here are very hazardous to your health. Believe me I know. By viewing and using this page you are accepting risk, BIG RISK. Remember I could be making all this stuff up. The point is USE YOUR OWN JUDGMENT! Get professional instruction and don`t jump into things that may be over your head (like deep water). By creating this page I have been to many places and learned many things the hard way. Please don't make all that suffering worthless. Even if I don`t tell of a hazard don't expect it to be safe. I am not a god, it might rain, might snow, it might flood, and that rapid that you have run a million times might just have a new log.. Don`t be lazy, get out and look at the rapid, don't climb if it looks like rain, don't hike if....well just be sure to go through the "what-if" list before you start. Rivers change, rocks change don't die because you did`t feel like scouting or were in to big a hurry to check that bolt. If all of this has just gone in one ear and out the other, reach down deep inside and try to catch these last words. DON`T BE DUMB
